As spring arrives, our team turns its attention to one of the most visible parts of our community: landscaping. Beautiful grounds do not happen by chance. They come from thoughtful planning, seasonal preparation, and steady attention to detail.

Reviewing First Impressions

For the spring refresh, my team evaluates first-impression areas. We consider what visitors, families, and prospective residents see first when they arrive.

I walk the entire property and create a checklist to document areas that need attention. This helps us stay organized and focus on the spaces with the greatest impact.

Addressing Seasonal Damage

One common spring startup issue is damage to mulch beds from winter snow plowing. This can affect the appearance of the grounds and create extra cleanup needs.

Next season, I plan to identify this damage earlier. I will report concerns to the landscaping company promptly so the team can address them in a timely manner.
