In today’s fast-paced world of healthcare, we realize the importance of creating a positive workplace culture. Here at Vitalia Rockside, we understand to achieve this culture, employees must trust their workplace.

Each August, Vitalia Rockside participates in the Great Place to Work Survey. This is a time where staff can be open and honest about their feedback. The data is collected by a third party, so it truly is anonymous. It is so important for us to hear the good, the bad, and the ugly to know what we can work on to truly make our community a great place to work.

As the Executive Director, I consistently promote employee appreciation, ensuring our hard-working team members are recognized. We tackle challenges together and celebrate our victories as a team. High-fives and smiling faces are a common sight throughout our community.

We believe when done right, making work a fun place creates a workplace culture that helps people thrive, promotes retention, and makes us a great place to work, which in turn makes us a great place to live.
