As an Executive Director, one of the most rewarding parts of my role is fostering a culture of appreciation throughout the year. Whether through social recognition, milestone awards, or our weekly creative follow-ups (CFUs), we always take the time to celebrate and support our dedicated team members. So today, we’re throwing a big virtual high-five (or real ones if you’re nearby) to celebrate YOU!
From sharing stories over coffee to planning fun activities, our team members make each day brighter. Their compassion and care turn our community into a true home, and we couldn’t be more grateful. My favorite part of sharing was Rubber Ducky Day.
